with the rapid development of china's urbanization and the rapid growth of the national economy,the role of pumped storage power station in the power grid,such as the state grid corporation of china,southern grid corporation,etc.has become increasingly important.determines the operating characteristics of pumped storage power station site selection most in a mountainous area,the encounter of mountain flood disasters of flood,extreme rainfall occurs,mountainous terrain of amplification will add to the destruction of the flash floods,pumped storage power station is located in the hills region of extreme rainfall disaster prevention has become more and more urgent needs of mountain torrent disaster reduction ability strengthen.this paper is mainly devoted to flood control research of pumped storage power stations when they suffer extreme rainfall,with emphasis on the following research:.(1)architecture in taian pumped-storage power station rainfall regime early warning data center,on the basis of tigge data,select the appropriate forecast time and the appropriate size of the grid resolution,tigge data forecast of rainfall quantity,used for taian pumped-storage plant area rainfall regime warning,in 2016 the actual rainfall regime of early warning effect show that the method can satisfy the precision requirement of taian rainfall regime early warning.(2)hydrological data collecting,sorting taian station history,different frequencies was calculated under different lasted design rainfall and floods,and taishan pumped storage power station are likely to suffer from extreme rainfall flood sources are analyzed,the results of the analysis think taian pumped-storage power station may suffer from extreme rainfall caused by mountain torrent disaster mainly for rainfall in flood season 6-8.(3)on the basis of flood water risk theory,the factors causing mountain flood disaster in taian pumped storage power station are analyzed,and a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system is selected to construct an assessment model of the flood risk in key areas of taian pumped storage power station and evaluate the flood risk.The main innovations of the results are:(1)for the first time,the unmanned aerial vehicle technology was used in the pumped storage power station to obtain the geographical information of the study area,and real-time,high-precision research area image and digital watershed were produced.(2)based on the real-time high-precision digital watershed,the watershed area and flood flow of the key risk points of the plant are obtained.(3)the flood risk assessment model of key risk points is constructed.The application model is used to evaluate the flooding risk of the risk points,and the flooding risk status of each risk point under different diachronic and frequency is clarified.(4)a flooding response plan that forms a key risk point.(5)the introduction of numerical weather prediction increases the rain warning time.
