| With the development of society and economy,development of navigation and ecological tourism in middle and small rivers receives more and more attentions.Because of complicated structure,high investments and bad compatibility with nature,a new escalator-type bidirectional hydraulic shiplift is put forward,which is simple in structure,easy to operate,environment-protective and energy-conservative,and has good economical and practical features.In order to analyze the operating stability of the shiplift,A ship-ship compartment cable-ship reception chamber-water fluid structure interaction numerical model is built,the rules of liquid sloshing and ship shaking during the operation of ship lift are analyzed,and the measures of enhancing operating stability are studied.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.In order to adapt to the needs of low-flow and small rivers,a new escalator-type bidirectional hydraulic shiplift is put forward.This paper briefly introduces the structure,operation mode and the advantages of the new shiplift based on three-dimensional structure sketch map of it.2.Based on the operating principle of new escalator-type bidirectional hydraulic shiplift,a three-dimensional finite element model was established to describe the new ship lift operation process for the first time.At the same time,the VOF method is confirmed to capture the free surface;use RNG model as the model of turbulence calculation and the parameters range of the model are determined.All above provide a direction for further research.3.Establish a new three-dimensional finite element model of shiplift with the parameters gotten from model verification.Then analyze the running stability of the shiplift:(1)Explore the relationship among the sloshing displacement of the ship,water depth in the ship reception chamber and stopping acceleration.(2)Explore the relationship among dynamic water pressure,water depth in the ship reception chamber and stopping acceleration.(3)Explore the relationship among the water sloshing frequency,water depth in the ship reception chamber and stopping acceleration.4.Enhance running stability with the two ways of changing the structure of the ship reception chamber and constraining the ship displacement.Changing the structure of the ship reception chamber means that the vertical baffle,horizontal baffle and T-type baffle are respectively arranged at the bottom of the ship reception chamber and analyze the respective effect of sloshing reduction effect.Constraint of the ship displacement means that apply longitudinal and transverse restrictions on the ship and then observe the effect of the sloshing reduction in the operation process.Based on the comparison and analysis with the above schemes,the best solution to improve the running stability of the shiplift is gotten. |
