With the development of China’s economy, the transportation industry is booming, and the freight volume is increasing. As the best transportation tool of liquid cargo, tank vehicle, its application is more and more widely. Due to the existence of liquid cargo, making great changes of the longitudinal stability of tank vehicle while driving, that is more likely to cause traffic accidents. There are more and more researches on longitudinal stability of the tank vehicle. Both domestic and foreign researches have achieved some results. Master the longitudinal stability of tank vehicle impacted of liquid can provide favorable theoretical guarantees of safety for the drivers, and avoid the traffic accidents. At the same time, it provides the theoretical basis for the establishment of the security system and the research of the auxiliary driving. Therefore, the specific research work of this paper is as follows:1. The dynamic model of liquid in the tank is built after determining the parameters of the tank,. A spring-mass model is used to replace the impact motion of the liquid in the tank. The function of the impact force and the method for solving the model are given.2. After determining the parameters of the tank, a spring mass-model is built to characterize the impact motion of the liquid in the tank.3. Braking longitudinal stability is an important component of longitudinal stability. In the research on the braking longitudinal stability of tank vehicle, firstly, The research object of this paper is determined by influencing factor analysis and the expression of the evaluation index of braking longitudinal stability,effective braking deceleration is given.4. The simulation is conducted using FLUENT. The value of longitudinal impact force in the expression of effective braking deceleration is obtained. It is obtained that the braking longitudinal stability of the tank vehicle with different speed, initial braking deceleration, filling rate through calculating. The results show that the initial velocity does not affect the braking longitudinal stability, but the initial brake deceleration and liquid filling ratio can affect braking longitudinal stability of tank vehicle.Finally, the dynamic analysis verified the credibility and authenticity of the simulation.
