In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the modernization of China's urban rail transit construction entered a period of rapid development.Metro vehicles as a direct carrier carrying passengers,it is safe or not directly relates to the safety of passengers.Furthermore,in recent years,metro vehicle technology continues to improve and enhance,metro vehicle have more complex equipments,the failure rate is correspondingly increased,and the traction drive system as key equipment of one of the most important sub-systems,how it can be effective detected and protected,reducing the failure rate and the impact when a fault occurs on the normal operation of the vehicle,it is an important issue worth studying.Detection and protection circuit of metro vehicle traction drive system is an important part of traction drive system control system.In order to meet the needs of traction drive system control process and ensure the safety and reliability of the traction drive system,this paper gives the detection and protection circuit design method for traction drive system.This design has selected suitable sensors,real-time monitoring current,voltage,temperature,motor speed and other aspects signals of the traction drive system,and the key technologies of the control system and protection action when detected the measured value exceed a certain range have been described in this paper,by hardware and software combining methods to provide protect action for the traction drive system under abnormal situation,to ensure the train can normal operation,improving train safety and reliability.In this paper,first the relevant theoretical of traction drive system has been described,including the basic principles of traction converter conversion technology,traction converter overvoltage control,torque and flux control and DC link capacitor charge-discharge control,etc.And based on the relevant theoretical,the functional requirements and performance requirements of detection and protection circuits were studied,giving better design scheme after studied the work mode of domestic detection and protection circuit of traction drive system;secondly,by study of the traction drive system,give overall design of hardware and software for detection and protection circuits,and the system key technologies are described;then,on the basis of detection and protection circuit overall design,fully consider the maintainability and operability of traction equipment,and analyze sensors layout,signal acquisition,transmission and application.have the metro vehicle traction drive detection circuit and protection circuit in detail design and applied to the traction drive system;finally check the function of detection and protection circuit in propulsion system test lab.This paper is based on the development of metro vehicles,from the view of ensuring the stability and safe operation of the vehicles,the detection and protection circuit of traction drive system has been studied,and complete the design and implementation of detection and protection circuit for vehicle metro traction drive,which provides a reference for learning and study control system of metro vehicle traction drive system.
