With the rapid development of world economy and the deepening of the urbanization process,the transportation pressure is growing.Metro vehicle plays an important role to reduce the pressure on urban traffic.If the metro vehicle rely on imports,that will greatly improve the subway equipment purchase cost.And it's not conducive to the healthy development of rail transit industry,more conducive to China's mastery of core technology in related fields.Therefore,we should pay attention to the metro vehicle equipment research and development,the implementation of rail transit equipment supply,metro equipment purchase cost and operation cost can be greatly reduced.Traction drive system as the core component of metro vehicle,the domestic research started relatively late.It still need to improved the domestic level.The main purpose of this paper is the self-independence developed of subway vehicle traction drive system.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces technical solution for the metro traction drive,including the electric circuit principle of the electric traction system and auxiliary power system.Secondly,designing the parts of electric traction system,including high voltage electrical equipment,high speed circuit breaker box,VVVF inverter,traction motor,braking resistor,filter reactor,grounding device.Thirdly,designing the parts of auxiliary power system,including auxiliary isolation switch box,auxiliary inverter,DC110 V power supply unit,auxiliary control unit.At last,this paper are calculation and simulation the vehicle traction electric braking characteristics and performance.
