The global energy and environmental issues become increasingly prominent,research and development of energy-saving,green electric vehicles to alleviate the social energy and environmental problems one of the important ways.Micro-electric vehicles because of its small size,easy to operate,non-polluting,low energy consumption,flexible and convenient,can effectively solve large and medium-sized city traffic congestion and parking problems.Micro-electric car's internal structure and layout is different from the traditional car,do not need complex transmission mechanism,so in the design of the traditional fuel trucks in terms of a greater play space.In this paper,through the literature and case study,mainly from the body shape design theory and methods,the body of the local shape,the layout of the internal space and the characteristics of young people and other aspects of the characteristics of micro-electric vehicles were discussed.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical basis and basis for improving the design level of miniature electric vehicle body design,which has certain theoretical value and practical significance.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:First of all,according to access to relevant papers,analysis and combing the concept of electric vehicles and technical structure of the principle,summed up the development of electric vehicles at home and abroad and the trend.Secondly,it summarizes and classifies the types of miniature electric vehicles which are representative at home and abroad,and obtains the possibility of design innovation through comparative analysis of its modeling characteristics.Based on the case analysis,the design of micro electric vehicle is mainly from the aspects of design aesthetics,human-computer interaction,ergonomics and so on,and provides theoretical reference for designing micro-electric vehicle with reasonable appearance.Thirdly,from the micro-electric vehicle body design,color design,indoor environment,human design and body materials,four aspects of research,including the front of the body shape line,side of the characteristics of the line,lights lighting,The way the door is opened and so on;the relationship between the color and the styling style of the miniature electric vehicle;the comfort of the different seat design,the man-machine interaction mode and the flexible interior space arrangement;the lightweight design of the vehicle body material Wait.Then,with the young people as the research object,from the physiological and psychological needs of the analysis of its characteristics,design a questionnaire,apply to young people for the micro-electric vehicle body styling style characteristics,and from the modeling style needs,color demand,functional requirements,Personalized needs and other aspects of the young people to summarize the design of Miniature electric vehicle.Finally,based on the in-depth study on the design of micro-electric vehicle,based on the actual market research,from the user needs,the micro-electric vehicle appearance,color and function positioning,design a suitable for young people's miniature electric vehicle design Program.
