Research On The Design Of Intelligent Living Space Based On Young People Living Alone

With the deepening of urbanization and the rapid transformation of social structure in China,groups such as "empty nest youth","young people living alone" and "ant tribe" have been born,and new housing forms such as "capsule apartment","ant dwelling" and "humble dwelling" have also emerged.According to relevant data,the number of young people living alone in China is close to one hundred million,accounting for a steadily rising trend.The emergence and growth of this group has aroused widespread concern in the society.The rapid development of science and technology promotes the upgrading of smart home.Through the use of smart home,combined with the individual needs of young people living alone,to provide them with a better living environment,to explore the intelligent living space suitable for young people living alone.First of all,this research,environmental behavior and its related disciplines of knowledge to the residence as a support,the existing research materials and results at home and abroad as the foundation,combed and summarized the intelligent living space to the necessity of youth groups,who live alone are: multiple perspectives to improve efficiency of life,in line with the idea of whole life cycle,provide high-tech life mode and guarantee the safety of life.Secondly,the behavioral characteristics,life style,living situation and life pain points of young people aged 22-39 living alone were investigated and analyzed to understand the housing needs of this group.Combined with the actual cases of living alone space,specific problems are analyzed,corresponding solutions are obtained,and then the needs of multi-dimensional,flexible,interactive and belonging are summarized.Finally,on the basis of a large number of literature and case reading and preliminary theoretical analysis,the design principles of refinement,adaptability,science and technology and individualization are summarized.Combined with intelligent design methods,this study optimizes the design of each functional area of the living space for young people living alone,and summarizes the methods of simplified design,variable design,modular design and personalized design.Under the guidance of this,the comfort,convenience and safety factor of living space for young people living alone should be comprehensively improved to create a warm "home" for young people living alone,so as to provide certain reference value for the development of intelligent living space for young people living alone.
