In the context of the rapid development of e-commerce,the timeliness and reliability of freight circulation is an important index to measure the superiority of different transportation modes.Efficient transportation system can greatly improve the efficiency of goods circulation.With the continuous improvement of China’s high-speed rail network,"eight horizontal and eight vertical " of high-speed railway main channel will provide the basis guarantee for the development of high-speed rail freight transportation,the "medium and long term Railway Network Plan" released on 2016 pointed out that in the future,high-speed rail will become not only a passenger network,but also a fast way to carry certain freight functions.These policy plans provide development guidance for high-speed freight transport.In order to meet the demand of the market and reduce the cost of high-speed rail freight,this paper combines the high-speed rail freight service products with the transport organization mode to carry out the transportation decision.It is mainly used to determine the running path of high-speed rail train under high-speed rail freight transport organization mode in each OD,and to determine the transport organization mode of each service product between OD,the freight volume of each mode in OD and the frequency of train running in each mode of transportation in the cycle.In order to solve the above problems,the following research is carried out in this paper:First,This paper defines the transportation decision of high-speed rail freight,further defines the scope of the research on the transportation decision of high-speed rail freight,analyzes the transportation conditions of the freight which the high-speed rail can provide,and locates the freight of high iron and suitable transportation.Through the analysis and summary of the express market service products and the existing high-speed rail express products,the parameters of the high speed rail freight service products are designed.Second,this paper expounds the four kinds of high-speed rail freight transport organization modes that can be selected in our country,and deeply studies the technical parameters of each mode,including carrying capacity,operating cost,operating conditions and so on.The advantages and disadvantages and adaptability of various transport organization modes are analyzed and compared,which provides data support and modeling basis for scheme design.Third,based on the overall grasp of high-speed rail freight transport organization process,through the analysis of applicability of various loading apparatus,this paper designs the loading scheme of different transport organization modes and studies the organization of high-speed rail transportation in railway stations,parcels,freight terminals,railway logistics bases and so on.Fourth,considering the demand characteristics of high-speed rail freight service products and the technical parameters of transportation organization mode,the transportation decision model of high-speed rail freight is constructed,and the model is solved by python programming according to the characteristics of the model.Taking the high-speed rail network constituted by 14 cities as an example,the transport decision plan is solved,the feasibility of the transportation decision model of high-speed rail freight and the python code is verified.
