Corrugated steel deck plate-UHPC layer composite deck is a new type structure with broad application prospect through reducing the weld and discontinuity geometric configuration and effectively improving the fatigue resistance of orthotropic steel bridge deck.Combined with the convenient construction characteristics and excellent mechanical properties of composite dowel shear connector in composite beams,this thesis introduces the design of shear connectors in corrugated steel deck plate-UHPC layer composite deck.This thesis explores the suitable shape of the composite dowel shear connector in the corrugated steel deck plate-UHPC layer composite deck,and studies the ultimate bearing capacity and failure mechanism,as well as the mechanical behavior of connectors in the composite bridge deck.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)The first part investigated and analyzed the application and research status of the composite dowel shear connector,analyzed its excellent performance in construction and mechanics,and provided the reference and theoretical basis for the application of the bridge in the corrugated steel deck plate-UHPC layer composite deck.(2)The second part studied on reasonable design of shear connector in corrugated steel deck plate-UHPC layer composite deck.The composite dowel shear connector is proposal to solve the design difficulties of the shear connectors in interface of steel and concrete that caused by the changeable structural layer thickness.This thesis studies on the suitable shape and geometrical dimensions of the composite dowel shear connector in the corrugated steel deck plate-UHPC layer composite deck,and summarizes the design bearing capacity of the composite dowel shear connector in different failure modes to provide reference for design.(3)The third part designed pushout test model,with the help of finite element software Abaqus simulation analysis ultimate bearing capacity and failure mechanism of composite dowel shear connector,and analyzed the influencing factors of bearing capacity,such as height,spacing and thickness,concrete grade,,etc.,and the further study on the change laws.(4)The fourth part studied on static performance and fatigue resistance of composite dowel shear connector in corrugated steel deck plate-UHPC layer composite deck.Study on static load-slip performance of composite dowels in corrugated steel deck plate-UHPC layer composite deck under ultimate bearing capacity.The fatigue life of the composite dowel shear connector was evaluated by using simple nominal stress method.
