Because the box girder with corrugated steel webs is a new type of compositesteel-concrete structure.At the same time its cross section form is complicated,so the researchabout the performance of each part of cross section has big significance. Especially thereliability of joint part between concrete and steel webs.So the study about shear connector’sstructural performance has important theoretical significance and reference value inengineering.According to the problem, Based on a three span corrugated steel web plate continuousbox girder bridge which is under construction.This text mainly narrates two kinds of shearconnectors’ scale model experiment.The two kinds of shear connectors are Twin-PBLshearconnector and steel angle shear connector.The experiment includes fatigue test, staticdestruction test and static destruction test after fatigue test.The result of fatigue test thatvariation diagrams about the stress and the number of fatigue loading cycle can analysis shearconnectors’fatigue performance.Also the contrast between static destruction test and staticdestruction test after fatigue test’s results can illustrate that whether the ultimate bearingcapacity of shear connector is influenced or not after fatigue test.Then we can react the resultsof texts to the construction example,in order to provide reference to this bridge.After the scale model experiment,we can have some conclusion by analyzingexperimental result.First, This two kinds of shear connectors can fulfil the request of fatigueperformance according to the design.Second, the Twin-PBL shear connector’s hole steelplate’s loading process is one by one,while the steel angle shear connector’s loading processis different.Three angles support the load at the same time.Third, the ultimate bearingcapacity of shear connector has no influenceo after fatigue test.At last,we can react the resultsof tests to construction example,so the construction example can fulfil the request of fatigueperformance according to the design and the shear connectors of construction example are ina flexible work stage when the load under90000kN.
