| With the development of modern tram,embedded track has become the focus of the study.However,the promotion of modern tram starts late in our country.The industry of modern tram is lack of common standard or specification.As the most important part of the modern tram system,the embedded track has little study in some aspect.Such as the reasonable structure type,the ability of resisting load and the influence of the basal deformation.This paper is based on this situation.The main job is as follows:1)Imitate the true status which the wheels pass through the embedded track.Then analyse the mechanical property of different part of the modern tram system in the load of wheels.Some advice about the design and optimize of the embedded track was given.2)Select channel rail and common rail.Then according to the element model,compare the different part of the modern tram system in deformation and mechanical property.Base on the stability of the embedded track,the more economical and reasonable structure type was given.3)When the foundation of the modern tram deform asymmetrically,the embedded track will be staggered or folded.This paper analyse the mechanical property of the rail and the polymer filling material in different situation.Then in terms of the modern tram system working naturally,the limit of the stagger and fold of the embedded track was given.4)When the embedded track become staggered or folded,the rail will deform.This paper established dynamic model and used the deformation as a drive.Then on the premise of the stability of the modern tram system,the limit of the stagger and fold was given in the respect of dynamic. |
