Power quality(PQ)has become a hot hopic in the field ofelectrical power system nowadays,both power supply enterprises and the power users have paid enough attention to the impact of power quality.At the same time,the monitoring of power quality is facing the issue of high cost,which makes it impossible for general users to monitor their integrated power quality by setting up a multiple areas PQ monitoring network,it also leadsthese users unable to monitor and diagnosis the operating status of their own devices.For this situation,this thesis presents a system solution whichcould monitor main power quality indicators with low cost,enough accuracy that meets the requirer of China's national standard with power quality.And apower quality online monitoring system was finally developed in this thesis.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the current situation of power quality monitoring system / device at home and abroad and the national standard of power quality in China,and introduces the measurement and calculation method of power quality index,which provides the theoretical basis for the development of monitoring system.Based on the latest architecture of embedded processor development,a scheme of power quality monitoring system using OMAP-L138 and ADE7880 is proposed.Then,the design of the system monitoring device,including the signal conversion circuit to complete the voltage and current signal conversion and acquisition and the calculation of power quality indicators;also includes an embedded system to complete the regulation and data exchange to ADE7880,mass storage and command / data interaction with remote data center.In the data center,a data center program based on Lab VIEW platform is designed,which realizes functions such as the real-time display of all the indicators of power quality,retrieval and analysis of historical data of all the indicators of power quality of all monitoring points,and includes authority management.Finally,through experimental test,the rationality of the scheme is verified,and it is also confirmed that this scheme has a complete function and compliance accuracy.
