Evaluation And Design Of Plant Landscape In Harbin Residential Area

With the rich material and the spirit of modern society,the idea of building the landscape of the residential area has also changed greatly.The construction of the traditional residential area has not been able to meet the aesthetic of modern people,so people pay more and more attention aesthetic and ecological effects of plant landscape in residential area.Residential landscape construction is no longer a single ecological design or a single landscape design,the current residential area of the plant landscape construction is a combination of the two.Therefore,residential landscape construction should be based on the basic functions,pay more attention to people-oriented.At present,the research on the landscape design theory of residential area has been made clear,but the evaluation index system of residential landscape has not yet formed a reliable evaluation index system.For the special climate,it is necessary to further study.In this study,the main landscape of the four residential areas in Harbin,Chenneng Garden,Rose Bay,Wanda and Hengda Oasis were evaluated by aesthetic evaluation,ecological evaluation and service evaluation respectively.AHP method was used to evaluate the four residential areas,and five local areas were selected for local plant design.1、The landscape aesthetic evaluation of garden landscape includes plant ornamental diversity,plant color and change,plant landscape level richness,plant health degree.The results of the evaluation of the results for the plant ornamental diversity,Rose Bay slightly better;plant color and change aspects and plant landscape level richness,the roses slightly better than the other three residential areas;Chenneng garden in the plant health level,The Harbin residential area as a whole color is weak,ornamental and diversity to be strengthened.2、The ecological evaluation index of garden landscape of residential area includes species diversity,arbor shrub proportion,seedling size and air quality evaluation.The results of the evaluation of the results for the species diversity,Hengda Oasis and Rose Bay slightly better;arbor shrub proportion,Chenneng Garden courtyard slightly better than the other three residential areas;Hengda Oasis and Chenneng Garden in the nursery stock specifications lead,air quality evaluation,Chenneng Garden and Rose Bay even better.3、The evaluation index of garden landscape service includes the green space open,the richness of the activities place,the comfort of the space place and the rationality of the landscape lighting.The results of the evaluation of the results for the green space open,Chenneng Garden is better than the other three residential areas;rich activities of the area,Hengda Oasis and Rose Bay slightly better;Chenneng Garden in the comfort of space Leading,landscape lighting rationality,Hengda oasis better.In a word,Chenneng Garden 7.2894 points,the first column,ranked second in the Rose Bay to get 6.8696 points,followed by Hengda Oasis 6.28 points,and finally the last 5.2904 points Wanda.Indicating that the residential landscape in Harbin,the basic level of landscape in the middle level,as well as to enhance the space,with the continuous improvement and norms,the future will be greatly improved.Analyze the problems existing in the residential area in Harbin,and then combined with the landscape design principles,through reasonable design of residential plant landscape,to meet the demand for residential plant landscape.The characteristics of this paper is to through the comprehensive analysis of Harbin city residential plant landscape evaluation and system,system and image to make professional judgment,and plant landscape design of residential,residential plant landscape design to provide the reference for Harbin.On the investigation of the plant landscape of evaluation and analysis,summarized its advantages and disadvantages of plant landscape.Lastly,residential area for the high frequency region,together with the present situation of residential district was analyzed and the optimization design,combining landscape evaluation and practice of design.
