According to the actual production of life energy absorption vibration problems,this topic in the previous studies optimization,on the basis of C type spring vibration absorber which is used to further adding damping element in vibration absorber which is used to achieve the purpose of further boost absorption.With random vibration excitation of C type spring vibration absorber which is used to analysis the vibration platform of vibration absorption effect,the simulations show the vibration absorbing device installed on the platform of the symmetrical boundaries,will make the vibration energy wave movement,the vibration absorber which is used to absorb the best effect.Add up and down in the C type spring vibration absorber which is used to damping element will further increase vibration absorbing effect,but the requirements of the damping element to exist at the same time.Through optimizing damping element size and location of the up and down,found that when the fixed damping change on damping,the greater the value of the damping,system platform vibration absorber;When fixed damping on change of damping,the damping value is smaller,system platform vibration absorber which is used to the maximum vibration amplitude is smaller,the last on the optimal mixture ratio of damping size of 3000 N/(mm/s),the damping size of 800 N/(mm/s).With the increase of width of C type,system platform vibration absorber which is used to the maximum amplitude decreases continuously,and the maximum amplitude of vibration amplitude and width of C type spring relations present linear relationship.After optimization of damping ratio of the size can provide theory and data for the design of C type spring reference,the vibration energy absorption technology in the field of research has important theoretical reference value.
