The remote monitoring intelligent gate is a domestic independent self-research water gate,which combine irrigation and water information management.The gate based on automatic control system and integratied with the Internet of things technology to achieve the automatic control,the precise measurement of water.the use of Ethernet Network and wireless interconnection technology achieves collaborative control of the gates.Remote automatic measurement gate design to a large extent to enhance the utilization of water resources and water resources level.At present,the gate has been used in Shanxi Inner Mongolia and other irrigation areas.It has made a wide range of applications.In the use of intelligent gates,the level of water before the gate behind the gate have very important impact on opening?closing of the gate and the calculation of the water supply.At the same time,with the inprovement of the measurement's precice,control system's requirements are getting higher and higher.At present,the domestic level sensors still have some shortcomings,and sensors for the field of intelligent gate are very little.As a result,an input water level gauge has been developed for the intelligent gate.The main research contents of this paper are to solve the problems existing in the common sensors used in the intelligent gate.Mechanical parts,hardware circuits,software parts and compensation algorithms are designed.Specificly consist of the following aspects:(1)Mechanical design:Refer to work space and the seal of the input level sensor.This paper designs the mechanical structure of the sensor part based on the software solidworks,and take the weakness of the sensor into serious consideration.(2)Hardware circuit design:Based on the Altium Designer 16,hardware circuit design,this paper designed the hardware circuit of the sensor,which take STM32F100CBT6 as it's master chip.con hardware circuit to STM32F100CBT6 for processing chips.The hardware circuit includes + 5V,-5V and +3.3 V power supply circuit,precision amplifier circuit which based on instrumentation amplifier AD8639,RS485 communication module and so on.(3)Software part of the design:Make use of software development platform Keil5.0 to design the internal procedure of the sensor,which is used to achieve signal acquisition,filtering,compensation.In order to reduce the error of sensor and improve the accuracy of the sensor,the collected signal is handled by anti-pulse interference average filtering and temperature compensation of BP neural network.(4)Build experimental platform:To test sealing performance,accuracyand linearity of the input level sensor,build the experimental platform and analyze the test results.The experimental results show that this design solves the problems of sealing,precision and stability of sensor used in the water gate befor.The designed sensor can meet the requirements of the intelligent gate to measure the water level.
