In this paper,the overloading electric cylinder technology is used as the research object,the influence factors of the output thrust of the electric cylinder and the friction mechanism of the planetary roller screw structure are studied theoretically,and the technical scheme of the super load electric cylinder is determined.In the universal testing machine on the application of the practical design and analysis.Mainly include the following aspects:1.This paper introduces the main structure and working principle of the electric cylinder,and analyzes the working process of the electric cylinder.The structure of the planetary roller is improved and the structure is applied to the large load electric cylinder.The actual situation of the contact of the planetary roller screw is analyzed and the mechanical model is established.Combined with this model,Output thrust was studied.The contrast ratio between the electric cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder is compared and analyzed.To determine the 100 t super load electric cylinder technology program.2.This paper will be large load electric cylinder technology used in the test machine,designed 100 t electronic universal testing machine mechanical structure.On the electric cylinder universal testing machine components to do the static analysis,testing machine parts of the stiffness,strength to meet the design requirements.The overall rigidity of the testing machine is calculated.It is proved that the application of the large load electric cylinder technology to the testing machine can significantly improve the overall rigidity of the testing machine and apply the super load electric cylinder technology to the testing machine.3.The innovative use of ultra-large load electric cylinder technology used in the pusher chuck power source,designed a flat push chuck clamping synchronizationdevice.The static analysis of the chuck is carried out,and the accuracy of the synchronization of the synchronization device is studied.4.In order to solve the load caused by the test piece pulled off the moment the machine generated severe vibration and noise,this paper on the vibration of the theoretical calculation.Taking the universal testing machine as an example,the numerical calculation of the theoretical method is carried out,and the natural frequency and the natural vibration mode are analyzed by the modal analysis of the universal testing machine.The results are compared with the theoretical calculation,and the theoretical calculation method is verified.Correctness.According to the mechanical vibration,the noise is forecasted,which can provide reference for the optimization design of universal testing machine.
