Corrugated cardboard as the most famous packaging materials has good performance in compressive capacity,vibration isolation and shock resistance,otherwise is known as low cost and green material.But compared with the traditional metal and rubber materials,cardboard has a more pronounced nonlinear material property.This thesis deliver a research on the influence of nonlinear characteristics on the performance of corrugated Materials.To solve two problems in the existing literatures:(1)Neglect the nonlinear material property of the corrugated cardboard in the finite element.(2)Limited to the linear elasticity in evaluating the performance of the corrugated cardboard.The research contents include 3 parts:(1)Improved the finite element modal by adopting a nonlinear material modal to predict the nonlinear behavior of the cardboard.(2)Simulated corrugated cardboard deformation under pressure state in ANSYS,to gain the bearing capacity and static cushion ability in the plastic deformation stage by analyzing the stress-strain curve.The experiment was performed to verify the conclusions.(3)Frequency sweep test was simulated at different deformation stages to obtain the vibration performance changes in the elastic area and plastic area.Several conclusions are drawn from this study:(1)The bearing capacity in linear elastic phase is better than other phases and decrease fast in nonlinear phase.(2)The stiffness in the linear phrase is large so the static cushioning property is poor,but in nonlinear phrase cardboard has a good cushioning performance.(3)In the elastic-plastic phase,the vibration isolation performance of the structure is good,as the structural deformation increases,the structure gradually lost vibration isolation capability.
