Special off-road vehicles have been satisfied with the combat,transportation,rescue and other needs of many occasions,often according to different needs special off-road vehicles will have different structures,in the special off-road vehicles have many characteristics of the wheelbase length,body width and ground clearance height.Common parts are articulated In the special off-road vehicles devices,independent suspension,etc.,articulated body can make the vehicle in a variety of complex road conditions always maintain four wheel contact ground,and independent adjustable suspension can save the vehicle axle,greatly improved ground clearance and improve the capacity of the vehicle obstacle.In the domestic small full hydraulic drive wheel motor drive independent adjustable suspension articulated SUV vehicle in the country has not made a precedent,this study of the special off-road vehicle is the first self-development research,so let the off-road vehicles can be better adapt to the complex road to improve ride comfort of their travel will look great practical significance and application value.This paper starts from the theory,and then uses the method of experiment and simulation to carry on the research to the parameters of SUV suspension system,the main research contents are as follows:1.First of all,analysis of the suspension system structure and working principle,the suspension system in the assembly of the various parts.The key components of the suspension system and the characteristics of the accumulator are analyzed,and the key components of the suspension system are analyzed and calculated theoretically.Combined with the theoretical basis and the national standard,first determine the suspension accumulator parameter selection range,for further simulation analysis lay the foundation.2.Using AMESim to model the suspension system,ADAMS and AMESim are modeled on the vehicle,and then the C-level pavement model suitable for the national standard is suitable for off-road vehicles.Respectively,with the step excitation signal simulation off-road vehicle crossing conditions,with slope excitation signal simulation off-road vehicle climbing conditions.In the range of the national standard,the parameters of the accumulator are brought into AMESim for simulation analysis,and the dynamic performance of the suspension system under different working conditions is selected.ADAMS and AMESim were simulated by C-class road driving,and the optimal value of the accumulator was brought into the model.The optimal performance of the accumulator parameters was determined by comparing the dynamic performance of the suspension system.3.For the simulation analysis of the step signal excitation,the corresponding experiment corresponding to the national standard is developed to verify the correctness of the simulation model and the rationality of the simulation results.The change of the internal pressure of the accumulator in the suspension system is obtained by the pressure sensor.Sort out the data,compare the difference between the experimental results and the simulation results,discussing whether the simulation model is correct,if the error is modified.4.To further improve the performance of the suspension system,improve the ride speed of off-road vehicles and driving comfort,the suspension system to optimize.In the suspension system to add damping hole and one-way valve,so that the suspension system can be more fully absorb the impact and slow release pressure.Then the corresponding optimization method is used to obtain the multi-group optimal value of the damping hole and the accumulator parameters,and the dynamic performance of the suspension system is compared with the simulation model.Finally determine the optimal matching value of the size of the damping hole and the parameters of the accumulator.
