With the continuous development of automotive electronic technology,commercial vehicle as the important tool for transport,people of their comfort and safety are put forward higher requirements.The automatic clutch is based on the traditional mechanical gearbox,and the electronic control system is added to realize the automation of clutch engagement and separation.The wet multi plate clutch is superior to the dry clutch in the characteristics of separation,heat dissipation and reliability.The application of wet automatic clutch in commercial vehicle can greatly improve the operating performance of starting and shifting.The clutch control in the starting process is the key of automatic clutch control.In this paper,the dry clutch is replaced by the wet clutch in the traditional automatic clutch,and the starting controlling strategy of the commercial vehicle based on the wet clutch is studied in detail.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In the analysis of drag torque mechanism,established the model of drag torque considering the surface tension was established.In view of the above,the joint characteristics of wet clutch are analyzed.The pressure and cooling oil temperature are the main factors affecting the wet clutch engagement process,and the influence of the pressure on the transmission characteristics of the wet clutch is analyzed(2)The electronic throttle model,engine model and transmission model are established by using Matlab/Simulink.Based on the modeling of the proportional pressure valve of the wet clutch hydraulic system,the response characteristics are analyzed.Through the establishment of a commercial vehicle system model based on wet clutch,the simulation platform is provided for the starting control strategy of wet clutch.(3)According to the nonlinear characteristics of the electronic throttle and wet clutch hydraulic system,optimize the CMAC and get the Fuzzy Cerebellar Model Aticulation Controller with Credibility Assignment(CA-FCMAC).The electronic throttle and clutch pressure control system based on CA-FCMAC intelligent algorithm are established.A nonlinear adaptive tracking control strategy for electronic throttle and clutch pressure control system is developed.Simulation results show that the nonlinear adaptive tracking control strategy of the electronic throttle and clutch pressure control system based on the CA-FCMAC intelligent algorithm is effective for target tracking,better meet the system requirements of strong adaptability,good robust.(4)Based on the analysis of the starting dynamics process,the starting process is divided into the small throttle slow starting condition and the large and fast starting condition,and the corresponding control strategies are developed for the two conditions.Among them,the small throttle slow starting mode adopts constant engine speed control;the large and fast starting mode adopts the multi parameter fast closed-loop control strategy considering the cooling temperature of lubricating oil.On this basis,two cases of the starting control strategy are simulated and analyzed.(5)In the construction of the commercial vehicle starting control test platform.The test and analysis of the commercial vehicle starting control based on the automatic wet clutch is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the simulation results of the control strategy of the commercial vehicle.This paper reviewed the automatic clutch control technology and research status,on the basis of a wet clutch engagement and separation characteristics.The simulation research on the control strategy of the commercial vehicle starting control based on the automatic wet clutch is carried out.The research results to improve the control performance and promote the application of automatic wet clutch automatic clutch in the commercial vehicle market,has certain theory and practical significance.
