With the rapid socio-economic development and accelerated pace of life,the speed of track is also increasing.But after the speed is improved,the interaction between the train and the line becomes more complicated.A variety of vibration and shock attenuation distance is longer,increasing the possibility of vibration coupling.Affecting the safety of high-speed trains and occupant comfort.It is the connection device of the end of the train that connects the different vehicles together.The end of the train and the bogie are the important parts of railway vehicle.This paper is based on a new type of test bench,which can simulate the running status and its relative position data of the two parts of the adjacent vehicle under different line parameters on the actual line,Provides an important parameter basis.The excitation of the test bench is made by the corresponding digital tracks.In this paper,the digital track modeling and the MATLAB interface program are studied.The specific work done is as follows:1.Summarize the important geometrical parameters that affect the safety of the train and the comfort of the occupants by reading the literature,the standard,the principle of the line plane and the longitudinal section design.Combined with the previous research results,The principle of calculating the minimum radius of the circular curve,the allowable value of the super-rail,the minimum length of the transition curve,the maximum slope of the line and the minimum radius of the vertical curve are summarized.2.Combined with the actual track line situation,summed up the railway line space type,Based on the theory of spatial geometry and related mathematical principles,the parametric equations of arc length are deduced.The Parametric Equation of Cubic Parabolic Transition Curve and Half-wave Sine-type Transition Curve are deduced by using the theory of relaxation curve and mode equation.It provided a theoretical mathematical support for the digital track program.3.Based on MATLAB software.According to the design task,draw a flow chart of the overall program interface.Write a variety of orbital curve segment functions.Design GUI sketch layout,and constantly adjust,and gradually realize the full functionality of the interface program: the establishment of different types of digital orbit,orbital geometric parameters of the national standard,automatically generate a smooth curve,automatically before and after the track smooth connection.For ease of use,the interface program generates a separate application(exe).The main function of the program was demonstrated.The interface program greatly improves the working efficiency of the test personnel,which is of great significance to the research and development of the rail vehicle.
