Sustained rapid development of the national economy,driven by the rapid growth of air-conditioning industry,nowadays,regardless of home residents,or in a variety of public places,can see the air-conditioning equipment.With the constant expansion of the air conditioner market,the demand for centralized control of air-conditioning equipment is also increasing,and some urgent problems have also appeared.air-conditioning control system mainly provides various services for real-time clusters of several air-conditioning equipment,and the air-conditioning equipment for centralized management and control,to ensure the air-conditioning equipment within the cluster is reasonable and safe operation,improve the economic efficiency of the air-conditioning equipment operation quality and improve the cluster air-conditioning equipment operation,to achieve energy saving and reduce the loss,the harmony between man and the natural development and make new contributions.In the thesis the mainly work is as follows:(1)Firstly,this thesis introduced the research background and significance and the current status of the development of the formation of air-conditioning control system,in the background of "Internet plus",with big data and networking era,a variety of innovative applications of this thesis focus on the full development of the next generation Internet,mainly for the current techniques of centralized control air-conditioning equipment in the cluster analysis,demand analysis and function of the whole cluster air-conditioning control system was discussed in detail.The application of a new generation of IPv6 network to IPv4 network can be replaced in the air-conditioning control system,by the combination of hardware and software,the overall design scheme selection and establishment of the system,implementation of air-conditioning equipment within the cluster unified transceiver,energy saving and intelligent management.(2)Analyze the basic characteristics of the air-conditioning management and control system,the cluster functions,the scene control function,the timing function and the remote control function.Air-conditioning control system were analyzed from the perception layer,network layer and application layer is composed of three aspects,the hardware circuit design of the overall design scheme which is mainly composed of network layer and application layer IPv6 software design technology and perception layer.The system first selected to control building in the cluster,line laying on building air-conditioning equipment,air-conditioning main control board and RS485 switch board is designed in this thesis is then hand in hand connected access industrial machine adapter plate,IPC connection all kinds of switches and routers transmit air-conditioning instruction through the IPv6 network.The use of IPv6 network needs relatively long deployment and implementation of IPv6 network protocol,IPv6 routing design and address division,data into the backend server,server access data in the database information.(3)The web front end,Bootstrap and JS framework to build intelligent management platform for cluster air-conditioning control system,the air-conditioning equipment,cluster IPv6 network organically,in the end of the entire air-conditioning system control,so as to realize the intelligent control of each floor within the cluster and each specific air-conditioning equipment.Design and implementation of air-conditioning control system in this cluster,can make the air-conditioning equipment within the cluster workload is greatly reduced,the additional human resources,so that air-conditioning equipment operation in one case,and set the appropriate indoor temperature,improve the efficiency of the use of air-conditioning equipment,save energy,improve the operation efficiency of the effect.In the application of the interface IPv6,it can effectively prevent the shortage of IP resources in the future,and make the data collected by the air-conditioning management system to a greater extent,and strengthen the sharing of resources between the whole system.In short,the application of IPv6 technology can make the air-conditioning equipment in the cluster better serve users,and contribute to the energy,resources and sustainable development of the society.
