| With the development of modern information technology,a new era of Internet of Everything is coming,and the smart home based on Internet of Things is in the ascendant stage.At present,most of the household air conditioning system is one to one single control,remote monitoring of air conditioning system operation state,failure,after-sales personnel only by the majority of users of non-professional judge fault reason description,it is difficult to locate and solve the problem quickly,new intelligent air conditioning has become the best choice of the conventional air conditioning system upgrading.Based on the traditional central air conditioning control technology and the Internet of Things technology,an intelligent air conditioning control system based on WiFi and Aliyun Internet of Things platform is introduced in this thesis.Intelligent air conditioning control system includes four parts: intelligent air conditioning controller,Internet of Things platform,mobile terminal APP,upper computer monitoring and so on.Implementation of the whole system: with R5F100 FEA as the main control core of the controller,the internal communication circuit with MM1192 as the core,the LCD drive circuit with T5L1 as the core display the human-machine interaction interface,the WiFi circuit with EMW3080 module as the core uploads the operation information of the controller to the Aliyun Internet of Things platform via the router,and the QT frame is developed to monitor the operation state of air conditioning on the PC terminal.The hardware design principle and software development logic of the intelligent air conditioning controller,the project creation and product definition process of the platform,the equipment access protocol and debugging method are deeply analyzed in this thesis.The hardware development of the intelligent air conditioning controller mainly includes the peripheral circuit design of the controller master control core R5F100 FEA,WiFi module circuit design,internal computer communication circuit design,RS485 centralized control circuit design,power supply circuit design,LCD liquid crystal display drive circuit design,sensor and infrared receiving circuit design.Software development includes core communication design of WiFi module and master control MCU,communication design of main control MCU core and RS485 centralized controller,communication design of WiFi module and Aliyun Internet of Things platform,data flow analysis of WiFi module and Aliyun Internet of Things platform,controller and internal communication design,LCD LCD display UI and driver design,construction of platform and data flow definition of Internet of Things,QT upper computer monitoring software programming and UI development.Through long-term joint test with a brand of air conditioner units and RS485 centralized controller,the results show that the intelligent air conditioner control system designed can effectively control a kinds of air conditioner,can convey equipment information to users in three different ways,the control system is compatible with customized RS485 centralized controller,can stably connect Aliyun Internet of Things platform,and realize the intelligent management of units in air conditioner.The data synchronization among the air conditioning indoor unit,Internet of Things pl atform,mobile APP,PC monitoring software and RS485 central controller has been re alized,reaching the expected design goal. |
