| The process of high-speed developing industrialization and the adjustment of urban industrialization have led to the relocation of industrial enterprises in the city and left a large number of abandoned industrial buildings,the research and practice of rebuilding and reusing old industrial buildings thence have been launched.And because of the lack of systematic research and targeted design on green transformation of industrial architecture,the transformation of the building are facing the dilemma of re-transformation due to poor space comfort,energy waste and other problems.Thence,in the context of the development of green building,from the social,economic,ecological and other sustainable development point of view,to explore the existing industrial buildings’ green transformation and to apply the green building concept to the transformation are of great significance for the realization of existing industrial buildings for the sustainable use.From the perspective of the architectural spatial design,this paper explores the design and application of the ecological intermediary space in the green transformation of existing industrial buildings,combs the relevant theories and practices of the existing industrial building renovation and intermediary space design,puts forward the basic design principles,strategies and ideas of intermediary space-design in industrial building renovation,and systematically summarizes the design method of intermediary space in industrial building renovation.First of all,starting from the theoretical research,this article combs the domestic and foreign related theoretical research and practice about industrial building renovation and intermediary space,explores the results and shortcomings of previous research,points out that the past research on the existing industrial building green transformation and the use of intermediary space to promote the use of intermediary space to promote the green transformation of industrial buildings,suggests that to promote the green transformation of industrial buildings by introducing the intermediary space for green building industry,and defines the existing industrial building green transformation and intermediary space concept connotation and basic classification.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,this paper analyzes the basic situation and influencing factors of the green transformation of existing industrial buildings in China,and puts forward that the green transformation should follow the principles of climate adaptability,functional compatibility,technical suitability and economic feasibility,then puts forward the application strategies and basic transformation methods of intermediary space applying in the transformation of existing industrial buildings.Then,through the analysis of a large number of cases at home and abroad,from the use of natural ventilation,natural lighting utilization,climate buffer optimization of three aspects,systematically expounds adaptable design methods of the atrium space,hoop space,interface space three typical intermediary space types introduced in existing industrial building reconstruction.Finally,with the analysis and research of two typical industrial building renovation cases,it is confirmed that the adaptability and feasibility of the above-mentioned transformation design method,confirming the positive role of intermediary space application in promoting the green transformation of industrial buildings,and then the problems that intermediate space may bring are dialectical thinking. |
