In recent years, with the increase of service life of highway, the pavement performance has decreased, these roads have entered the large and medium maintenance period, and these roads will produce lots of waste asphalt mixture, therefore, regeneration technology of road surface has attracted more and more attention. Compared with hot-mix asphalt mixture, emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture has more environmental production process, and it can maximize the recycling of waste asphalt mixture, so it has significant economic and environmental benefits of the study.Different from the design method of general mixture, this paper uses a combination of interior design and experimental considerations road to study the dynamic mechanical and fatigue properties of emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture. At first,the properties of the raw materials were detected and this paper adopts the revolving compaction method to carry out the mixture ratio design, and determines the optimum RAP parameter, the optimum water content and the optimum asphalt content. Then the relevant trial pavement section were introduced; And finally, diametral compression test, dynamic modulus test, fatigue test, OT test are conducted on the basis of large-scale coring and beam splitting of the experimental considerations road, this paper compares and analyzes the performance difference between the indoor shaped specimen and the test road' s sample coring.The study found that the optimal asphalt content of the emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture is 3.4%, and the optimal-water-content is 3.5%; By comparing the test data of cold core test and core formation test of emulsified asphalt, it is found that the overall splitting strength of core specimens obtained from test road is higher than that of laboratory formed specimens. By comparing the core samples and the HMA dynamic modulus and phase angle of cold recycled asphalt mixtures, it is found that the temperature sensitivity of cold recycled asphalt mixture is lower than that of HMA. By contrast, the phase angle of the dynamic modulus of the cold recycling emulsified asphalt test road cores and indoor specimen found after regeneration test road retrieve asphalt emulsion cold core samples compared to indoor molding parts of high modulus, phase angle is small, high strength of core test road. After the accurate process of the experimental considerations road,four-point bending fatigue test is conducted,and the fatigue equation is obtained. The fatigue equation and the strain on the actual pavement bending calculation software BISAR, obtained the actual pavement fatigue life of nearly 900 thousand times. The dynamic tensile test of the core sample is carried out, and the conclusion is drawn that the cold recycled mixture of emulsified asphalt has certain resistance to reflective fracture.
