As of the end of 2014, China’s highway mileage of 111950 km. Asphalt pavement structure in most of the early construction has entered the stage of maintenance or reconstruction, which will bring a large number of waste asphalt mixture. Emulsified asphalt cold recycling technology can solve this problem very well, the technology can improve the utilization rate of resources, protect the ecological environment, which has important research significance.In this paper, relying on science and technology project "of Guizhou Provincial Department of transportation highway asphalt pavement cold recycling technology system research". The project is based on the project of G60(the territory of Guizhou, your new section) K1730+000-K1826+000 asphalt concrete pavement maintenance engineering. According to the G60 maintenance engineering, mechanical properties of emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture is studied.This paper firstly evaluates the properties of recycled asphalt RAP gradation and aging degree and other raw materials; for emulsified asphalt and RAP mixture strength of reaction process and mechanism are studied; then summarized the design method of recycled mixture of emulsified asphalt at home and abroad and cold, in the forming and the best water use determination method was improved in the specification.Study on mechanical properties of recycled mixture, this paper design a mixture of five different RAP dosage, the mixture of three kinds of cement, the effect of RAP adding amount, the amount of cement, asphalt content of three factors on the splitting tensile strength, compressive strength, compressive modulus of resilience three the mechanical performance parameters.In this paper, the orthogonal experiment was designed with a three factors and three levels by orthogonal design method, studied the RAP adding amount, the comprehensive effect of interaction between the amount of emulsified asphalt, cement dosage and the three on the splitting strength based on analysis of variance in SPSS. The research showed that the effect of the interaction between the three on the splitting strength is not significant.Research shows that the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture has excellent bearing capacit y can meet the pavement structure with or below the layer on mechani cal properties of recycl ed mi xture design requirements than good.
