“Internet plus area” and “made in China 2025” are put forward,bring Chinese manufacturing industry to the high-end,as a modern manufacturing industry,punching technology is also facing great challenges,it not only to improve the mechanical design process and quality,but also to ensure the green environmental protection.As the key equipment of modern machining various kinds of flat hole late,punching machine using new forming technology processing hole,it has the advantages of high precision,accurate positioning,short production cycle and so on,replace the traditional molding technology.In the actual production,because of the complex structure of punching machine,when punching the irregular shape steel,multiple loads on the irregular shape and size of steel stamping machine hole will lead to local stress concentration and vibration,the left side plate,the right side plate and sticking plates are the key structures,in order to solve this problem,the structural optimization design of the left and right side plates and the sticking plates is carried out,to ensure that the minimum weight,material most provinces the lowest cost.Therefore,the finite element software is used to analyze the welding bed and the left side plate,the right side plate and sticking plates,it is a great significance to reduce stress concentration and realize lightweight technology.This Paper describes the development trend and research status of punching machine at home and abroad,and the important role of punching machine in modern manufacturing industry.The numerical control punching machine of STPK120-12 automobile longitudinal plate is the research object of this Paper.Based on a large number of application of CNC punching machine,to begin with the finite element Parametric model of the welding body of plate punching machine,it established by using APDL language and Parametric technology,then,using the finite element method of ANSYS software is to analyze the static and dynamic analysis of the welding body,and optimize the side plate and the plate of the welding bed,themain research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Finite element Parametric model of plate punching machine welding body: using ANSYS Parametric programming language APDL to modeling the structure of plate punching machine welding body,by the bond order in Boolean operation bonded the structures into a whole,choosing unit,setting Parameter and meshing to establish the finite element model.(2)Static analysis of plate punching machine welding body: using ANSYS software to analyze the static state of plate punching machine welding body,obtaining the stress and displacement contours of the welding bed,determining the stress concentration phenomenon in the arc of the sticking plate and the side plate.(3)Study on the dynamics of plate punching machine welding body: based on analysis of the plate punching machine welding body,extracting the first 5 natural frequencies and mode shapes of the welding body,confirm frequency range of the harmonic response analysis,by the harmonic response analysis,obtained the frequency displacement amplitude curves of X,Y and Z of the welding body.It is concluded that the second order natural frequency has the greatest influence on the dynamics of the welding body,thus providing the basis for the dynamic design of the welding body.(4)Optimization analysis of side plate and sticking plate: based on the theory of dimensional optimization design,optimizing the plate punching machine body by using the goal driven optimization method,taking the weight as the objective function,the thickness as the design variable,the stress and displacement extracted from static analysis as the state variables of the side plate and sticking plate,using the sub-problem method to optimize the side plate and sticking plate,the optimization results shows that the weight of the left and right side plates and the backing plate is reduced(reduced by 27.1%).Through the static and dynamic simulation analysis of the plate punching machine body and the optimization design of left and right side plates and sticking plates,improving the design level of small and medium enterprises,it also has some reference significance for the design and manufacture of punching machine.
