With the continuous improvement of people's quality of life,people's utilization of the global resources gradually increased.The result of this nonrenewable energy including oil,coal and other large mining,this kind of natural energy are mostly used in traffic travel,excessive emissions of motor vehicle exhaust,a serious threat to the safety of human life.In the face of such a severe survival situation,using renewable energy to replace the petroleum resources is imminent,the widespread use of electric vehicles to replace the fuel car it is necessary.Pure electric cars and ordinary cars compared advantages though many,but it and the ordinary cars than there are also disadvantages.For example,dynamic performance,endurance,drive system parameters.In order to improve the efficiency of the whole speed range of the motor,improve the output efficiency of the motor.In this paper,we mainly study the open winding AC asynchronous motor the winding of the motor.It needs its working characteristics study,here I am for its adoption of bench experiments,the calibration curve using the eddy current power meter and power analyzer.Main research:The first chapter: The background and significance of the research are discussed,and the current research status of the open winding motor at home and abroad is introduced.The second chapter: Mainly studies the drive system of AC asynchronous motor and the main circuit topology of it.From the point of view of the electrical characteristics of pure electric vehicles and basic parameters,different mathematical model of single inverter and dual inverter is discussed.This paper introduces several novel drive topology.The third chapter: This paper introduces a basic motor winding switching device,discusses the basic requirements of the switching device and the implementation strategy of the device.The fourth chapter: The test bench for the given target current fixed,adjust the different load on the characteristic curve on windings of AC asynchronous motor were calculated and the efficiency of calibration.The online simulation analysis of the situation of open winding AC asynchronous motor by using MATLAB/Simulink.
