With the oil resources depletion, air pollution caused by automobile exhaust andincreasingly serious problems such as global warming, the world will no doubt makethe development direction of automobile industry as low carbon, energy saving andenvironmental protection. For all countries in the world, a wide range of developmentof new energy vehicles is very necessary. As the oil resources is limited, the rise ofnew energy vehicles is beneficial to save oil resources, reduce CO2emissions andprotect the development of human society environment. Among them, the pureelectric vehicle is replace the engine driven by a motor, thus has the advantages ofzero discharge of harmful substances.As the only source of pure electric vehicle, the motor, is the key of the researchand development of scientific research personnels, because of the motor efficiencydirectly affects the energy consumption of the vehicle. Among all types of motor,because of the power factor and efficiency advantage, the permanent magnetsynchronous motor gain more and more attention.The Open-end winding permanent magnet synchronous motor is take thetraditional permanent magnet synchronous motor Y type winding connection of theneutral point apart, win six ends of the neutral point lead to motor and lead everythree ends to a inverter, such as the motor on each side to connect a inverter, form thedouble inverter structure system. Compared with the traditional single inverter system,this system effectively reduce the size of the number of power switch. But researchersmainly study on its application to ac induction motor, the relevant researchinformation on the permanent magnet synchronous motor is very less, so there will bea great prospect on this system structure in the application of permanent magnetsynchronous motor.Based on the group independent research topic "the research of switching processof the open-end winding permanent magnet synchronous motor control", through this research, master the key technology of switching of the open-end windingpermanent magnet synchronous motor, and set up the vehicle control strategy ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor based on the open-end winding model andcomplete vehicle fuel economy analysis of the open-end winding permanent magnetsynchronous motor. This article main research content is as follows:1. Study working characteristic of the open-end winding permanent magnetsynchronous motor and complete the parameter matching. According to therequirements of driving motor, analyzes the efficiency characteristic and externalcharacteristic of open-end winding permanent magnet synchronous motor. Accordingto the requirements of the vehicle power performance determines the open-endwinding motor Y/delta winding parameters and according to the analysis of pureelectric vehicle operation condition at the same time, then statistics the motor speedand torque high frequency area, so clear about the open-end winding motor ratedparameters of the Y/delta winding. At last, use the genetic algorithm complete theopen-end winding motor parameter matching.2. Complete the open-end winding bench test of permanent magnet synchronousmotor. Through the bench test of open-end winding permanent magnet synchronousmotor, calibrate the external characteristic and efficiency characteristic curve of theopen-end winding permanent magnet synchronous motor.3. Develop winding select control strategy of the open-end winding permanentmagnet synchronous motor. According to the external characteristic of permanentmagnet synchronous motor, division the working range of the open-end windingmotor, then determine the winding select control strategy according to the workingrange of the open-end winding motor.4. Complete simulation analysis of vehicle model of the open-end windingpermanent magnet synchronous motor. First of all, this paper obtains the motorefficiency map according to the OPPeD. Completed the validation of efficiency mapof the small power motor through OPPeD and bench test is consistent, then obtain theefficiency map through OPPeD, which based on the needs of vehicle high powermotors. In view of the strategy proposed in this paper, establish the vehicle model based on the open-end winding permanent magnet synchronous motor and simulatethe vehicle fuel economy. According to vehicle fuel economy simulation analysis oftwo kinds of typical working conditions can be concluded that: the open-end windingmotor is better than traditional motor in the improve efficiency of the motor systemand the vehicle economy.
