With the arrival of the 5.0 industry,industry growing demand for vacuum pump,the user is becoming more and more high to the requirement.Claw type dry vacuum pump is one of the many dry pump,has been widely used in aerospace,semiconductor,pharmaceutical,chemical and other industries.Because of the domestic study of claw type dry vacuum pump work started late,so the high-end domestic market use pump still need to be imported from foreign,so the price is obviously higher than abroad.In order to meet the needs of high-tech industry and special occasions,how much domestic universities and research institutes dedicated to developing the claw type dry vacuum pump.Based on the claw type dry vacuum pump as the research object,the single stage the overall structure of the claw type dry vacuum pump,rotor profile design and sealing problems and so on has carried on the thorough research and discussion.Mainly finished the following work:(1)the paper introduced some of the claw type dry vacuum pump at home and abroad research status,this paper expounds the concept and classification of dry vacuum pump and claw type dry vacuum pump structure,working principle and working process;(2)the overall structure of the claw type dry vacuum pump and key parts design.Mainly includes the design of the pump cavity,the design of the rotor,the design of the transmission shaft checking and force analysis,sealing structure design,the design of the gear motor selection and choice;(3)the design of a new claw type dry vacuum pump rotor.Existing claw type dry vacuum pump rotor in the paw arc connected at the top of the roof and claw will have two sharp point,accomplish the working process of the mesh point and curve,this process will produce a lot of disadvantages.To this problem clever will point out,this paper makes the rotor in the process of working to avoid a little bit with thecurve of the mesh,so as to complete the working process of the circular arc engages with curve;Through lightweight design makes the rotor weight reduced 1/4 to 1/5,effectively reduce the materials consumption and make it work in reducing the energy consumption;The rotor dynamic balancing are analyzed,and through the Pro/e software to verify the effectiveness of the improved rotor meet the requirements;The claw type dry vacuum pump working characteristic simulation of pressure field,temperature field distribution as loading condition,using the finite element analysis software got under medium pressure rotor stress conditions.(4)Apply new magnetic liquid seal technology to claw type dry vacuum pump.This paper introduces the principle of new type of magnetic liquid sealing technology,the new type of magnetic liquid seal structure was designed and assembled into a claw type dry vacuum pump,using ANSYS finite element analysis software to design a new type of magnetic liquid seal structure for the magnetic field analysis,validate the new type of magnetic liquid sealing technology meets the demand of sealing pressure,and by comparing the experiment verify the performance of magnetic liquid seal technology superiority.Through the study of the optimization design of the claw type dry vacuum pump,its performance is significantly increased,for follow-up study out better vacuum pump laid a foundation.
