With the deepening of the world energy crisis and environmental pollution,electric vehicle has developed rapidly while charging facilities has developed slowly,seriously restricting the industrialization of electric vehicles.The paper is to study and design AC charging pile control device around how to provide users with safe,reliable,convenient,standard and intelligent service,how to provide operators to manage centralizedly and how to build a green power grid.To settle problems above,the paper is to study and design AC charging pile control system.It applies modular idea to design the system hardware,including microcontroller,human-machine interaction,financial settlement,electrical parameters measurement,network communication,control guidance,electrical protection,detection and control,and power modules.Paper is mainly to select devices,design and test circuit,especially adopting decoupled filter,isolation and electrical protection to optimize the hardware anti-jamming performance.In the way of structural analysis and module principle,the paper has software system hierarchy devided to design program flow charts of modules and has taken the mechanism of confirmation reply,timeout retransmission and interfere abandon to design a reliable network communication protocol,finally completing programming and testing.To settle harmonic and reactive current problems above,the paper is to study and design AC charging pile active power filter system.It deeply analyzes active power filter theory and PWM,elicits and optimizes harmonic and reactive current's detecting algorithm based on the instantaneous reactive power theory,and designes moving average filter which improves the real-time and accuracy detection.It also designes double closed-loop PI and single-period current predictive control algorithm,finally compares and analyzes compensation effect of harmonic and reactive current with MATLAB/SIMULINK.The device's functional and electrical protection test result shows it's fully functional,safe and reliable,which perfectly meets the subject's requirements.
