AC charging pile is one of the basic supporting facilities for electric vehicles,which can serve charging service for electric vehicles.Now our existing AC charging pile's network interface has single communication mode,which resulting in poor compatibility when communicating with the background operation and management system.What's more,the hardware structure is complex,it will cost a lot when manufactured or maintained.The above two points have seriously restricted the large-scale promotion and application of the electric vehicles.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis developed a new AC charging pile,which has a network interface with multiple communication modes,and simplified hardware structure.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)According to the analysis of the functional requirement for AC charging pile,this thesis presents a modular hardware design program.The hardware system of the AC charging pile comprises the identity authentication module,electric energy monitoring module,manmachine interaction module,CAN communication module,network interface module and bill printing module.The network interface module has three communication modes,including Ethernet,serial port and CAN bus.Which improves the compatibility with background operation and management systems.In addition,the position information of the charging pile is stored in the backstage operation and management system,to replace the positioning module and simplify the hardware structure and reduce the manufacturing cost.(2)According to the hardware design program and the software requirement of the AC charging pile,this thesis puts forward the hierarchical software architecture.The AC charging pile's software architecture is divided into three layers: when the charging pile is starting,the driver underlying set the initialization and interruption for basic completion;the functional layer complete the man-machine interaction,identity authentication,charging control,electrical energy detection,charging and bill printing and communication functions;the top layer realizes the communicates between the charging pile controller with the various subsystems and the background operation and management system.(3)Moreover,this thesis designs an electric car to work with the AC charging pile,builds the test platform and developed a test experimental program.The experiment includes the function test and the communication test.The results show that the charging process is stable and safe for the electric car.And the AC charging pile can monitor the charging state of the battery and the work state of itself.In addition,the data of the charging state and history is sent to the background of the operation and management system.When an emergency occurs,the power supply can be cut off immediately,and the charging process can be stopped,in order to ensure the safety of the person and the equipment.
