Research On The Protection Of Utilization Of Scenic Spot Of Karst Heritage

In recent years,Chinese natural cultural heritage industry has made great progress,but the factors of rapid urbanization and industrialization and the misunderstanding of the resources of natural and cultural heritage as well as the defect of management system,leading to increasingly sharp between protection and utilization of heritage scape.Under the background of rapid development of tourism,the contradiction between protection and development and utilization of Chinese heritage scenic spots facing the increasingly prominent,which is in urgent need the research of strategies to protect the heritage spots from threatens.The study taking the predicament of the protection of scenic spot of Karst heritage as the breakthrough point,analysis its intrinsic value,and using the theory and strategy of the development of Nature Reserve and the practical experience of the typical cases for reference,put forward the planning strategy of the scenic spot of Karst heritage sustainable development,and to the Libo Karst Heritage scenic area as an example,on this basis,putting forward the sustainable the development of specific planning measures,guide the protection factors scientific and objective.In hope of providing theoretical support and practical reference strategies for the other heritage spots sustainable development.The main contents of this paper include the following six parts:1.Introduction:In this part mainly introduces the background of the thesis,the domestic and foreign theoretical research and the present situation,purpose significance of the case of study,the object of research,the definition of the concept and the research framework,etc..2.Review and summary of relevant development planning theory and strategy,and on the basis of the theory,analyzed and summarized the problems,planning strategies and development of different type of cases domestic and foreign.As theoretical and practical experience basis for the scenic spots of Karst heritage protection and utilization.3.Based on analysising of the value of elements which need to be protected from the perspective of protection of judgment.Expounding the construction of protection standards and methods of resource evaluation,put forward zoning strategy under the premise of protection,reasonable conformity the relationship between protection zoning and functional zoning.Proposing organic evacuation strategy connect with partition,proper evacuation of indigenous people and tourists according to different characteristics of different zones,in order to alleviate the pressure of ecological environment of scenic spots of Karst heritagies.4.Taking Libo Karst heritage scenic spot as an example,analyzes the problems,and applies the strategies on the practice of the protection and utilization of scenic spots of Karst heritage.5.Finally,summarizes the main conclusions and practice evaluation of this study,and puts forward the prospect of the follow-up research and planning.
