Research Of Protection And Utilization Of Urban Scenic Spot

Natural and cultural properties of urban scenic spot determine its prominent social values. Rational protection and utilization of it is not only about its own interests, but also plays an important role in promoting its city development. However, as special geographical position of the urban scenic spot and the continued rapid urbanization, urban expansion and increased rapid human activity constantly squeezing the urban scenic spot’s space as well as bringing serious impact on the ecological environment and humanistic values. The purpose of this study is to present scenic spot protection measures and pattern of dual-zone interactive development, which plays a leading role in coordination of urban scenic spot with city, ultimately to reshape the landscape ecological image of the city.This paper starts from the basic concept, read and analysis relevant literature, combines with field investigation and summarizes the urban scenic spot development history, characteristics and interaction with the city. And, analysis the protection and utilization of the ecological, population, land use, transport, landscape, management of six major problems of urban scenic spot at this stage under the influence of rapid urbanization in-depth. This paper takes Organic Decentration, Landscape Ecology, Sustainable Development and Urban RBD theories as the guiding ideology, references related cases, proposes three main coordinated strategies which are scenic spot protection, coordination use between urban scenic spot with city and supervision administration, and promotes city and urban scenic spot back into the new stage of future coordination use between urban scenic spot with city. Finally, this paper combines with the actual planning cases, and verifies the feasibility of strategies through the analysis of the protection and utilization planning of Huizhou West Lake scenic spot, and does some appropriate supplementary adjustments of the specific strategies in the planning in order to increase its practical utility.
