With the rapid development of the city,the metro traffic is developing rapidly and occupies a very important position in the urban traffic.Metro vehicle has the characteristics of short departure time and large volume.Those characteristics require the vehicle must be completed the passengers get off in a relatively short period of time,so the normal switch of the vehicle doors are particularly important.These characteristics require the doors must switch frequently,so passenger vehicle doors are prone to failure.The reliability of the vehicle doors have to be improved.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the reliability of metro vehicle door system.In this paper,the GO-Small Sample theory(GO-SS)is used to evaluate the reliability of the metro passenger doors.The research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Above all,this paper introduces the basic principle of reliability analysis,and then makes a detailed introduction to the related theory of reliability about the GO-SS method.Then,starting from the failure of the unit components,and according to the different life distribution of the mechanical parts and electrical components,the reliability of the door system components is studied under the small sample data.This paper study failure rate of Weibull distribution and Exponential distribution using multilayer Bayesian estimation under the circumstance of zero failure data.And writing out reliability index in this paper.2.Then,we carry on the system reliability modeling with the small sample theory and the GO method(i.e.GO-SS method).The reliability indexes of different units are calculated based on the multilayer Bayesian method;A reliability model of the door repairable system is established with GO method;The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the reliability of repairable system is completed,and the reliability index and the minimum cut set of the system are obtained.These make us find the weak link of the system.3.Finally,the Monte Carlo sequential simulation method is used to simulate the reliability of the metro passenger door system.Simulation used analysed failure mode and failure duration of door system by Matlab,simulated the actual process of the door parts failure,and get the reliability index of door system.The simulation results are similar to the results of the algorithm,and it proved the accuracy of the reliability estimation of metro vehicle door system.Based on the research and practice of the reliability modeling and simulation of the metro passenger door system,we get theoretical support for the safe operation of rail trains in China,get scientific basis for the design of the subway door system and the establishment of credible maintenance management system,get reference method for reliability analysis of complex time-varying systems.
