| Construction quality directly affects the life of the construction project itself,which is related to the applicability and social benefits of the project,and ultimately related to the safety of the people’s property and life.Through a mass of literature review,it has been found that there are few research projects of the engineering system as the starting point of the quality risk assessment and dynamic real-time monitoring project,and lack of in-depth application of computer technology,so make a choice the topic of "construction engineering quality risk prediction and control method.This paper is based on theoretical analysis,combined with the results of the 863 part construction engineering cases of field research,historical data and engineering Southeast University research project management for major research projects,research in the following aspects:(1)Basic theory and method,including the definition of construction engineering quality risk,and the construction of risk formation mechanism based on the Domino theory and Reason theory,system engineering structure(EBS),Bayesian Network and Case-Based Reasoning method,and the construction quality of building engineering risk prediction and control system.(2)Combined with the research results of case engineering,established the quality problems of EBS and construction project based on the mapping,to directly identify and obtain the construction engineering quality risk factors,risk factors and decomposition of the interpretation of the meaning of construction and engineering quality risk structure.(3)Scientific risk evaluation on the quality of building engineering need history project data value,to make up for the key parameters of subjective assignment of missing data,using grey correlation measurement method,and Bias criterion threshold as the construction engineering quality risk is the critical point to realize dynamic risk warning.(4)According to the results of risk identification and risk prediction,the establishment of the quality control of the whole process of risk in construction project based on CBR,including data acquisition,data processing of the objective of the project,using the similarity in engineering case for similar cases,construction engineering quality risk monitoring system,real-time interactive target site and monitoring the data center needs,combined with the empirical data of similar cases,the use of risk prediction method of dynamic assessment and monitoring,to achieve accurate risk pre control;it has beed discussed the detail when the engineering quality risk early warning alarm monitoring system,the risk at risk by the who share and the reasonable proportion of the risk supervision of related party initiative to take measures to deal with risks and ensure the quality risk in a safe state. |
