Risk Management Research On Natural Gas Engineering Construction Project In Chengbei Area Of ??Gaomi City

Risk management is a systemic engineering.And the direction and the decision-making of the risk management determines the success or failure of the project.Based on the summary of the domestic and foreign project risk management theory and methods,a research on the risk management of the gas engineering construction project in the northern part of Gaomi City has been done.Firstly,the overview of project is introduced from six aspects.They are the scale and the function of the gas engineering construction project in the northern part of Gaomi City,the project construction units,the investment and financing,the project schedule and the project management.Then the target of the research is made clear.After analyzing the necessity of the natural gas project construction in the northern area of Gaomi city,natural gas in the city market demand forecast and evaluation of the project market risk we think market risk of the project that was free,but there is a potential risk.And we put forward some corresponding solutions for market risk potential.After analyzing the north of Gaomi city gas engineering construction project technical proposal from the gas pipeline network construction,press regulation facility and valve,technical risk from the wiring,the choice of pressure,the selection of pipeline,pressure regulating valve technology facilities and other aspects of the project we put forward the risk response plan for technical risk.We studied the north of Gaomi city natural gas project construction period,operation four aspects of environmental impact and control measures,environmental impact and protection measures,environmental safety factor on the environmental impact of the project.We evaluate the risk factors according to the implementation of the related laws and regulations and project,So we put forward the corresponding preventive measures.We analyze the investment of the north of Gaomi city natural gas engineering construction project,the project investment based on a series of financial data,the quantitative evaluation of investment risk.We put forward countermeasures how to control risk factors.The last part is the summary of the essay and suggestions are put forward for the implementation of the project.
