| As one of the core technologies of EMU,safety and reliable performance of traction-drive system determines the reliability and stability of EMU.Whether re-innovating the technology of EMU which was introduced in China,or researching and development with independent intellectual property rights of Chinese standard EMU,we need test the high-power AC traction drive system and its components comprehensively and deeply.By investigation test,trial process and the final type testing to verify the design and performance meets the requirements.Accordingly,traction test system is important for digestion and absorption of foreign advanced technology and verifying the performance of localization traction system.As a third party laboratory,National Railways Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center urgently need a comprehensive test system to verify the EMU system,and in order to ensure the EMU system is safe and reliable.This paper deeply analyzes the status of the EMU traction systems,and analyzes and compares different models of performance parameters of the traction drive system,and determines the main parameters of the EMU transmission test system combined with the actual situation of EMU.Summed up the traction drive system-related pilot projects and test requirements,and determine the technical specifications of EMU traction drive test system.It presented a detailed experimental system design,in LabVIEW virtual instrument technology as a platform,enable the test system to meet the test requirements of existing traction system of EMU.After the project is completed,the test rig basically able to meet the requirements of existing EMU traction system in China. |
