Traditional multi-degree-of-freedom moving motors mainly adopt mechanical bearing connecting structures.After the friction materials are worn during the long-term operation,the spherical motion may become unstable,thus causing the resistance to spherical motion and then heat generating of engine body,which not only accelerate aging of devices,but also make the operation performance of the motor get worse and be out of control.Focusing on the problems above,this paper puts forward a kind of 3-DOF compound drive type motor.According to the characteristics of multi-degree-of-freedom motor.The main feature that makes it different from traditional motors is that the gap between rotor and stator is injected with liquid oil film.This new structure can reduce the loss caused by friction during the operation effectively,thereby extending the life of the motor,and improving the control accuracy of the system and work flexibility.In this paper,the research work is divided into two parts.In the first part,the basic study and analysis of the electromagnetic system of the motor is carried out.Firstly,the basic structural parameters and working principle of the motor are introduced,and then the 3D modeling of the motor using Ansoft finite element software is performed.The 3D finite element method is used to simulate the magnetic field of permanent magnet and air gap flux distribution with analysis;Secondly,the torque model of the motor is built,the large-scale rotation,deflection and fine-motion torque's characteristics are analyzed,with electrified the control strategy of the motor developed;And then the mathematical method is adopted to build the analytical model of the motor and figure out the magnetic field distribution of the motor.A model of motor torque based on the Maxwell stress tensor method is also built to obtain the torque characteristics,the computed results got by the two methods are compared for verification.Finally,through changing the structure parameters of motor,the impact of rotor and stator coil on motor electromagnetic system and torque characteristics are studied,which lays a foundation for the optimization design of the structure of the motor.The second part mainly studies the optimization of the motor and the exploration of the new structure,The support vector machine is put forward to model and the sample space has been built.Through orthogonal test design,the support vector model of the motor is presented,also the genetic algorithm is selected to optimize the motor structure parameters.And then its optimized mathematical model is given,by setting the optimization objective as motor torque.The optimized results are derived andwith the finite element method for validation,combined with the characteristics of compound drive mode.Two kinds of new structure motors are explored,and then the basic introduction and studies of them are presented,which gives the gas gap magnetic field distribution and torque characteristics.
