With the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid growth of the national economy,as one of the machines widely used in fertilizer,petrochemical,mining,machinery manufacturing,refrigeration and many other industrial sectors,reciprocating compressors occupy a pivotal position.The dynamic balance vertical compressor is a new branch of reciprocating compressors.Because of its small footprint,high efficiency and small vibration,it is used to provide specific pressure for ships and power generation equipment.People pay more and more attention to it.In this paper,the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the crank link mechanism is carried out by using the dynamic balance vertical compressor as the research object,and then the finite element analysis of its components is carried out,which provides some reference for the design of the compressor.Firstly,based on the relevant literatures at home and abroad,based on the theory of thermodynamics,kinematics and dynamics,the working cycle of the dynamic balancing vertical compressor and the movement law and force status of the crank link mechanism are studied.The motion laws and loading conditions of each component are determined,which provide the basis for the dynamic analysis and finite element analysis of the modified compressor.Secondly,with the support of Creo software,the crankshaft mechanism model of the compressor is introduced,and imported into the ADAMS software.The kinematics and dynamics of the crank link mechanism are analyzed,and the displacement,velocity and acceleration curve of the piston are obtained.The gas force of the connecting rod mechanism and the curve of the total connecting rod force are put forward,and the method of reducing the unbalanced force of the mechanism is put forward.Then,the feasibility of the method is proved by the simulation results,which can provide a reference for the study of the balance of the compressor.Finally,combined with the dynamic analysis results of the compressor,the finite element analysis of the key moving parts of the compressor is carried out.The equivalent stress map and the total deformation diagram of the part are obtained,and the maximum stress and the maximum deformation position are found.Then the rationality of the design of parts for the design of compressor parts is determined and a reference is provided.Through the above conclusions,it can provide some useful reference for the design of dynamic balancing vertical compressor.
