With the increasingly serious global energy and environmental problems,it is imperative to develop new energy vehicles.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has many advantages,such as small volume,high efficiency,high power density and low loss.As the core component of the electric vehicle drive system,its performance directly determines the performance of the vehicle.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and application value to design the permanent magnet synchronous motor with excellent performance.In this paper,the design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is studied systematically,including the design method,performance calculation,finite element simulation,parameter analysis,optimization performance and so on.In the first,this words writes the background and significance of this subject theme,investigates the electric vehicle with permanent magnet synchronous motor development at home and abroad,introduces the electric vehicle with permanent magnet synchronous motor and the research status of key technologies,research status and some methods of weak magnetic field weakening performance of wide range speed is also introduced.Then,according to the structural characteristics of electric vehicles,to establish the theoretic basis for permanent magnet motor weak magnetic field discuss,analysis method of weak magnetic field of permanent magnet motor,the motor was found in the effect of weak magnetic parameters from three aspects summarized.Starting from the introduction of the permanent magnet,the influence of the thickness and width of the permanent magnet on the weak magnetic field of the motor is analyzed.Secondly,the influence of the length of air gap on the weak magnetic performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is analyzed.The parameters affecting the performance of permanent magnet motor are summarized and analyzed.Finally,the rotor magnetic circuit structure is analyzed.Through the analysis of three kinds of rotor,comparing the air gap flux density,the cogging torque and other parameters,the magnetic circuit structure suitable for electric vehicle.From two aspects of motor rotor optimization analysis,first discusses the magnet segmentation effect on motor performance and motor ability of the weak magnetic rotor of permanent magnet synchronous motor,motor parameters and the comparison of segmentation before and after the performance,summarizethe magnet segmentation effect on motor;then adjust the angle between the permanent magnet motor.Comparison of performance parameters of different angle of the motor,that are conducive to the permanent magnet angle of weak magnetic field.
