Renewal Design Of Rural Township Residential Buildings In Southern Jiangsu

In recent years,more and more architects focus on the rural building design,the rural living environment protection and development research is also more and more noticed by academics.However,the problem became more than before with the development of rural practice,many of the building users-farmers don't like the building designed by the architects.In this paper,taking Cen village,Luoyang Town,Changzhou as an example,the general method of rural design will be discussed in this dissertation,from the problem finding to the detailed design.Firstly,the author take 162 households as the study sample,and then elaborated and analyzed the formation and development of the row-type houses,the number of the combined households,the opening and the depth,the construction area and the building density,the family structure and so on.Found the contradiction between rural family structure is constantly miniaturization and the the building area is too large.Cen village is a typical village of southern Jiangsu,surrounded by a lot of factories,so the village has a large number of migrant workers living in it.The study found that little famers want to to rent their own idle rooms,and rental room conditions are poor.The main reason is that farmers worry about the room after the rental,migrant workers will affect their own lives.Thus,the basic starting point of the design is how to rent the superfluous rooms,and to ensure that tenants and the farmers don't interfere with each other.The author according with the opening type and family structure to divided the township residential buildings into six types,for each type of typical buildings were selected for detailed mapping and problem analysis.After it,the author designed the six types to explore the building space needs of different lifestyles of the six kinds of family structure,and the superfluous rooms are designed for tenants under the premise of don't disturb the farmers.After the functional problems,the site problems,facade problems,energy-saving problems,structural reinforcement problems are also be discussed.In order to verify if the design is accepted by the farmers,after the completion of the design,the author returned to Cen village to introduced the design to the farmers,won the unanimous approval of everyone.I believe that the architectural design of the village requires the architect to go deep into the village,understand the fanners and find the practical problems of the building.On this basis,combined with the farmer's habits to design new buildings or transform old buildings,this is the only way to design a truly suitable buildings for farmers.The whole thesis contains about 20733 words,91pictures and charts.
