In recent years,all walks of life have being involved in rural activities with different channels under the background of the construction boom.Under the impact of the urban civilization,many traditional villages with original regional characteristics and context have been preserved.On the other hand,the rural modern life and the diversification development of country are required to add new public space.Rural public buildings implantation is an unavoidable problem in construction.This paper studies the transformation of rural traditional architecture oriented by public space.On one hand,the research study on how to preserve the value of rural traditional architecture.On the other hand,it studies on how to transform the traditional rural buildings with closed cohesion into open public buildings.First,the research introduces the development of the theory of sustainable development and the construction of phenomenological theory,and how to guide the transformation of rural traditional architecture.Secondly,it summarizes the characteristics and values of rural traditional architecture and the current situation of rural public buildings,analyzing the renovation influence factors from various aspects.Aiming at these problems,it puts forward the renovation practicability.Thirdly,under the guidance of the theory of sustainable theory and phenomenology,the paper puts forward three principles of renovation:the principle of sustainability,the continuity of context and the principle of publicity.Finally,according to the renovation principle and the present situation,the paper sums up the methods from three aspects:the openness of the traditional architecture,the continuation of the place spirit and the sustainable development of the transformation.
