| Cold-formed steel floor-OSB board composition is a new type of floor structure,through the C-shaped steel beams,OSB board a combination of role,be able to effectively improve the mechanical properties of the plate,thereby gaining a better economy,with broad prospects for development.Thesis combined with model tests,theoretical analysis and finite element numerical calculation,the effect of uniformly distributed load of thin-walled cold-formed steel floor-OSB board portfolio’s overall performance compared systems.To study the cold-formed steel-OSB floor plate bearing capacity of portfolio performance,its a full-scale static test,obtained by the mechanical behavior of the general law.Test results show that the self-drilling self-tapping screw to connect the crimping C-shaped steel and OSB boards can work together and have a high bearing capacity and ductility better performance,be able to meet the multi-storey residential light steel floor bearing capacity requirements.In cold-formed steel floor-OSB board composition parameters of the finite element numerical simulation analysis,through the ANSYS finite element procedures and results of analysis can be calculated know loads at floor combinations of internal forces and deformation changes in the laws.Integration of existing theoretical knowledge and experimental research,supported by comparative analysis of finite element modeling to verify the theoretical analysis of the findings and discuss the practicality of the structure,thus a comprehensive assessment of the cold-formed steel floor-OSB board combination of Capacity performance. |
