The development of solar cell has become a frontier project been studying extensively by nations around the world as a feasible method of coping with the world energy crisis.Multiform solar cells have been put into use with the rapid development of the photovoltaic industry in recent years while the crystalline silicon ones still majors in practical fields.The research and development of solar cell always focus on the key issues of increasing photoelectric conversion efficiency and reducing the costs,but the problem doesn't get resolved so far.The article aims at doing some research of the crystalline silicon solar cell concentrating on the two issues.High-resistivity silicon as well as the low resistance silicon and ultra high resistance ones generate during the preparation of crystalline silicon solar cell.The cost intangibly increases and what's more the HR-Si doesn't meet the needs,it's unable to produce the qualified finished product.as a result,the silicons should be re-melt.The paper carries out research on the subject-the performance of HR-Si and the use of HR-Si in the preparation of the solar cell.The article is mainly to explore how the square resistance influence the performance of solar cell.The value of square resisitance can be adjusted by controlling of technological condition.It aims at improving the efficiency of high resistance cell and increasing the operation rate of HR-Si to lower the production cost of crystalline silicon solar cell by coming up with optimizing preparation condition of high resistance in experiments.The paper first studies preparation condition of common solarcell,then explores the feasibility of preparing solar cells with silicons differs in resistance,lastly we draw a conclusion that the silicon with resistivity between 3?·cm and 6?·cm best fits the preparation and it accounts the maximum part except the common silicons.Then we study the relation of square resistance and silicon resitivity,along with the relation between square resistance and diffusion parameters combined with electrical characteristics to find the craft of preparing high resistivity solar cell.We mainly emphasizes texturing,diffusion process and sintering process.A large number of experimental results shows thatdiffusion process parameter can be gained by lower Tongyuan quantity and diffusion temperature small nitrogen flow fall from 1800 sccm to 1350 sccm,diffusion temperature fall from 850? to 818?.In another aspect,sintering process parameter mainly controls temperature,fall from 780? to 760?,to produce the solar cells.By testing and analysing the electrical parameters we found that the batteries performs best when the siemens of square resistance lies between 75? and 80?.The research gives answers to the question in preparation of high resistance in principle.However,subject to various conditions,there are still many flaws and deficiencies that needs further improvements.I hope the article can provide a reference in improving the efficiency of crystalline silicon solar cell and reducing the preparation cost.
