With the rapid development of the logistics industry,automated warehouse has developed rapidly,and there have been many different types of automated warehouse.Different enterprises on the stereoscopic warehouse needs are different,only the right stereoscopic warehouse to play the biggest role.Therefore,the object of this study is the stereoscopic warehouse,the most research is the use of intelligent algorithms to optimize the stereoscopic warehouse location allocation and handling equipment scheduling research.Access to the literature observed two different types of stereoscopic warehouse,unit goods warehouse and power through type warehouse.Found that these two kinds of stereoscopic warehouse has its own point and their own shortcomings,on the bold assumption of these two types of stereoscopic warehouse model together to form a new stereoscopic warehouse model.Based on the characteristics of the model,this thesis studies the problem of cargo allocation in the warehouse,and focuses on the scheduling problem of the stacker and the automatic operation equipment.Using the modern intelligent algorithm particle swarm algorithm to solve,the allocation of goods in accordance with the allocation of the model after the allocation of the minimum scheduling time optimization.At the same time to determine the stacker for composite operations is the focus of this chapter to study,the traditional three-dimensional warehouse in the complex operation,the stacker is not running at the same time in the row and the direction,Instead of taking the sequence.The improved stereoscopic warehouse in the two directions at the same time independent movement,thereby shortening the operation time of the stereoscopic warehouse,improve the efficiency of the operation.At the same time,the improvement of the stereoscopic warehouse model also added another kind of sports equipment in the shelf,so that the stereoscopic warehouse more automated,so as to improve the efficiency of the stereoscopic warehouse.and then use the ion group algorithm for example programming,aiming at the model of the improved stereoscopic warehouse proposed in this thesis,we write a specific mathematical expression according to the model.After analyzing the problem,we propose an objective function to be optimized,In order to maximize the efficiency of the stacker,the minimum operating time is proposed as the mathematical model to be optimized.Finally,the results are compared with the results before and after the optimization,which proves that the optimized effect is obvious.
