Automated warehouse is a product of modern logistics technology,storage technologyand the development of automation technology. It combines the advanced computer controltechnology, field bus technology, information management technology as a whole, achievingthe goal of accessing cargo and handling automation. It has been widely used in variousindustries.Xi’an University of Science and Technology Automation logistics warehousing system isthe research platform.Aiming at sloving the lower storage efficiency,the poor stability andother problems in the automation stereoscopic warehouse,a scheduling strategy based onoptimization of cargo space optimization algorithm is proposed. The results of simulationverify its effectiveness. And on the basis of the research, we design a kind ofautomatic collision protection device.Firstly, the thesis introduces and analyzes the composition of our school automationlogistics warehousing system hardware form,then depth analysis the warehouse characteristics.According to the storage location assignment strategies, the mathematical models of slottingoptimization allocation are established in order to improve the goal of the work efficiency,and regard it as the multi objective optimization problem. Analysis and compares thealgorithms of solving multi-objective optimization problem. In view of the respectiveadvantages and disadvantages of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm, weappropriately improve and integrate the two algorithms. The SA_Memetic algorithm isimposed based on the slotting optimization, used the algorithm to optimize theWarehouse storage space optimization problem, and the simulation is conducted in the Matlabenvironment.The satisfactory optimization results were obtained.Secondly, in view of the automatic stereo warehouse when access goods, stacker mightbe running into the risk of collision in the running process of stacking machine, Still there are security risks, a fully automatic collision protection device is designed in this paper. Whenthe stacker crane collide, switch signal acquisition board will crash the instruction; collectionby the Zigbee Wireless transmission to the epigynous machine. After the epigynous machineprocessing, the interface of epigynous machine will quickly eject "collision" window, thencut off the power supply automatically and instantly, to achieve automatic protection effectand protect the warehouse from damage.
