Design Of On Line Monitoring System For Distribution Transformer

Distribution transformer will reduce the high voltage to the user's direct use of the voltage,is the nearest transformer from the user,with a wide range of distribution,geographical location,a large number of features.Therefore,it is not convenient for the operator to extract the real-time operation state of a large number of distribution transformers in the area,which mainly depends on the operation and maintenance personnel to record,analyze and manage the actual operation data of the transformer.The maintenance mode of the distribution transformer is mainly based on manual inspection,because it cannot fully grasp the operating conditions of the equipment,there are shortcomings of the information acquisition,which cannot meet the requirements of the modern smart grid.Therefore,there is an urgent need to establish a safe and stable operating condition can be acquired accurately and has the distribution transformer online monitoring system of high degree of intelligence in order to protect the distribution network,increase of power customer satisfaction.The online monitoring system of distribution transformer not only through the operation parameters of distribution transformer real-time acquisition of the operating personnel have a more full understanding of the distribution transformer,distribution transformer fault effectively solves the deficiencies found in time,but also through more scientific and reasonable operating parameters of statistical analysis is more effective and reasonable use of the collected data,reduce the operation the maintenance workload,improve work efficiency and operation reliability of distribution network.This paper mainly includes the following 3 parts:(1)Combined with the working principle and characteristics of rural distribution transformer,distribution network monitoring system and puts forward a set of low power consumption and support a variety of extensions,this system mainly includes power distribution transformer monitoring terminal,transmission medium selection and acquisition information display interface.(2)The market is a large number of monitoring terminals using single-chip microcomputer,in recent years,with the improvement of DSP performance and the decline in prices,in the power system has been widely used.In this paper,DSP is used as the processor of monitoring terminal,which improves the computing power and control ability.(3)In view of the distribution transformer is widely distributed and the number,not suitable for wired communication means,so the real-time data upload system by wireless GPRS acquisition device to the online monitoring system.(4)Through the data acquisition,data statistics,data storage and other functions of the test system,it is proved that the system has a high accuracy of data acquisition and transmission and human computer interaction.
