Atmospheric particulate removal technology has been developed to different categories from the most basic and the most primitive mechanical removal technology.Including the bag dust removal technology,the electrostaticprecipitation technology,and wet electrostaticprecipitationtechnology.In this paper,based on the comprehensive utilization of wet electrostatic precipitator in coal-fired power plants,a general comparison and analysis of several relatively mature and better comprehensive effects(including environmental benefit,economic benefit,technical level,etc)had been discussed,and as same as dust removal technology of theoretical support,current application and future development and other factors.From the engineering practice we have summarized the structure design of conductive FRP wet dust remover and connection sealing problems and have some related research.Dust removal technology including bag-type dust removal technology,electrostatic dust removal technology,electric-bag composite dust removal technology,low-low temperature WESP technology,the electrostatic agglomerationtechnique and wet electrostatic precipitation technology.Aiming at the several kinds of dust removal technology,we separately did the development summary of present situation,mechanism discussion,structure analysis,the advantages and disadvantagesdiscussion,etc.After that,the technical characteristics of each dust removal way has carried on the detailed introduction.This paper studies the design and production of wet electric dust collector conductive FRP anode,and analyzes the relationship between electrode spacing and dedusting efficiency.Becauseof the specific characteristics of FRP materials,it is necessary for the design of the wet FRP anode corresponding composite structure,this paper aims at the typical works of the anode module structure design and optimization.At the same time,the theoretical analysis and practical engineering research was carried out on the sealing connection of FRP material,steel and glass flake and it wassolvedperfectly.Wet electrostatic precipitator used in coal-fuel power industry has a great deal of positive influence,which duly and timely solve the adverse impacts of the high humidity flue gas on the surrounding atmosphere,andlargely solved the disadvantaged that the dry dust catcher is not well suitable for high resistance dust remove.Depending on the type of anode wet electrostatic precipitator can be classified: electroconductive FRP WESP,flexible anode conductive WESP,and stainless steel WESP.The principle of these three types of anode wet electrostatic precipitator has certain differences,and each has their advantages and disadvantages.Rigid electrode to replace flexible electrode has technology advantage,which needs to be further studied.
