| In recent years,to control air pollution, national and local governments at all levels have introduced policies and measures to combat air quality downward pressure.In 2011,the latest promulgated Emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants particularly provisions that,the dust emission concentration of thermal power plants should below 30mg/Nm3, and at special regions should less than 20mg/Nm3. In 2014, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Environmental Protection jointly issued the energy saving and emission reduction and upgrading and transformation(2014-2020) action plan, required that thermal power plant basically reach the gas turbine emissions standards before 2020, that is, ultra-low emission; in 2015,the coal clean and efficient use of action plan(2015-2020) and the new edition of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution all show that the country’s emphasis on air pollution control. At present, the main dust removal equipment of the power plant is dry electrostatic precipitator, but,due to the anti-corona and secondary dust and other problems, the efficiency of fine particles is low,coupled with the unstable domestic coal, meeting the standard becomes very difficult.The wet electrostatic precipitator solves the problem perfectly, its water film dust cleaning method can replace the traditional vibration cleaning, and effectively remove the sub micron particles, and achieve ultra-low emission. Meanwhile,wet electrostatic precipitator can also joint remove fog, SO3, Hg, heavy metals and organic pollutants such as dioxin, eliminating chimney’s phenomenon of gypsum rain and blue smoke, and it can be used as the last line of defense before the chimney.This paper discussed the working principle, layouts and its characteristics of wet electrostatic precipitator,analyzed and compared the relative characteristics of three kinds of electrode materials wet electrostatic precipitator. And had a test for the selection of electrode material,the results show that the SUS316 L and above can meet the requirements of corrosion resistance. Shenhua Guohua Yongzhou 1050 MW × 2units power plant wet electrostatic precipitator Project is environmental demonstration project in Hunan Province, combined with the application of the project and implementation in domestic and abroad of wet electrostatic precipitator,this paper analyzes and discusses the application prospect and existing problems of wet electrostatic precipitator indomestic thermal power plants, so as to provide reference for the selection of power plants in wet electrostatic precipitator, and completely solve the problem of thermal power plants with atmosphere complex pollutant emissions. |
