With the economic development,environmental problems become increasingly serious,the Ministry of Environmental Protection on air pollutants emission standards are becoming more stringent.In response to the national environmental policy,a "high-quality green power generation plan" was developed by Shanxi Guohua Electric Power Company,and the requirements of flue gas pollutants "near zero emissions" was advocated,that is,for dust emission concentration limit of 5mg / Nm3,SO2 emission limits of 35 mg / Nm3,NOX emission limits of 50 mg / Nm3,which puts forward higher requirements for the control of pollutant emission in thermal power plants.To further implement the new ultra low emission standards,Guohua Kam sector of energy limited liability company needs to needs to its 2?600MW subcritical direct air cooling unit desulphurization and dust removal system transformation.In this paper,n this paper,two sets of 600 MW subcritical direct air-cooling unit desulfurization and dedusting system of the second phase of the company were investigated and evaluated,and their emissions were studied and evaluated.Taking into account the requirements that the transformation of high desulfurization and dust removal efficiency,and make full use of the existing equipment,some corresponding transformation schemes were put forward and analyzed and compared.The SPC ultra clean dust removal and desulfurization technology solutions and acid rain chimney system technical scheme wrer determined and implemented.The performance test and benefit evaluation of the modified desulphurization and dedusting system were carried out,and the effect of the modification was analyzed.The results show that when the desulphurization and dedusting system was retrofitted,the desulfurization efficiency was above 99% under different working conditions with check coal,higher than the design value of 98.3%.And desulfurization export SO2 concentration is not higher than 25mg/Nm3,the entrance of dust concentration is less than 5mg/Nm3,gas carrying droplet concentration is less than 20mg/Nm3,which reduces the phenomenon of gypsum rain.The annual emission of SO2 are reduced by 550 t and the soot emissions are 462 t,reduced the charges for disposing pollutants RMB 975,900.Saving Plant electricity and costs were 1.87 × 106 k W?h and RMB 261,800,respectively,the economic benefits are obvious.Achieved the desired transformation effect,and resulted in a good positive environmental effects and social benefits.
